The ocean view was stunning and relaxing.
The customer service was deplorable. Despite my patience, the staff remained indifferent and unhelpful throughout my stay. The room was far too warm, and the air conditioning was barely effective. The inconvenience of carrying our luggage up 78 steps was overwhelming, and I wish the hotel had stated this clearly beforehand.

We loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, well-located by the beach, and our room had a stunning sea view. Plus, we enjoyed the tennis courts and outdoor pool, making our family vacation perfect. It felt relaxed and inviting, especially having our dog with us.
In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options weren't varied enough.

great location but service could improve
The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection, and the quality of the food during dinner was superb despite the language barrier. The staff was incredibly helpful, surprising us by bringing our luggage to the room while we enjoyed drinks at the bar. We particularly loved the beautiful sea view from our balcony, making our experience even more enjoyable. The garden view was also breathtaking, adding a relaxing atmosphere to our stay.
The restaurant service was notably slow during dinner.

Couple looking for a decent stay
I enjoyed the view from the restaurant terraces. So relaxing, and the staff was friendly too. The room was comfortable, even if it was a bit dated. I actually appreciated the charm of it all.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the options, it was still acceptable.

Great spot for a quick getaway!
We had a fab time at this hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast offered tons of tasty options, and we loved enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. One thing, though, the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, which was kinda annoying when trying to plan our day.

Had an amazing time with friends! The beach with fine sandy shores was perfect for a relaxing day, and we enjoyed playing on the accessible tennis courts. The outdoor pool added to the fun. Just a heads up for future guests, some rooms could use a little updating.
One downside was the slow service at the restaurant, especially during dinner. It took forever to get our orders.
